The requirements have been bumped up a bit when AmigaOS 3.1.4 got released. The same goes for AmigaOS 3.2 and now the AmigaOS 3.2.1 release just before Christmas 2021.

Ramond de Vrede sent me this photo of AmigaOS 3.2.1 running on his Amiga 4000. With only 16MB Fast RAM and 2MB Chip RAM. This shows that AmigaOS is still one of the best-operating systems ever made. Now Hyperion only needs to add Roadshow and Picasso96 to it as standard and AmigaOS can grow even more into thousands of users.

AmigaOS requires almost nothing to run and that’s been its advantage since the start.
