A powerful utility for extracting data from various file formats can now be found on Aminet. It is a simple one with lots of file formats that it supports. If you use Dopus Magellan or Ambient you can configure this tool easily together with the usage of the file listers that these provide.

Thanks to Jason Summers for this package. It is free to download from Aminet. Read the readme file on how to use this tool in both AmigaOS and MorphOS. You can also use it to see the content of the packages before extracting them. So, if you are into Shell / CLI commands this is the tool for you.
