It’s called LumiWeather, and it’s brand new from the AmigaWorld.de team.
So what is LumiWeather?
LumiWeather is a native Amiga weather application that connects to the internet and pulls live weather data. Then it shows it to you with gorgeous AGA graphics that feel like they belong on Workbench 3.2.
No more guessing if you should take your A1200 to a demoparty in the rain. LumiWeather will tell you.
Why I love it
- It’s actually useful: Current temp, forecast, wind, rain. All there.
- It looks like Amiga: None of that flat modern UI stuff. This is gradients, icons, and MUI/AROS style beauty.

Setup in 2 minutes
- Download and unpack to
Workbench:Utilities - Enter your city in the settings
- Pick your refresh interval
- Dock it or run it in a window. Done.
